That link is still dead. My Stats say the following under "hours" What tiem zone is this? how can I check this and change it? I am in EST.
pershoot
that link works perfectly fine. dont know why you are getting permission denied.. will look in to that. it is actually an answer to a posting you made a while back with the same question.

here was the answer:

My Controls->Board Settings->Toggle "You may adjust the base time zone" to: (GMT - 5:00 hours) Eastern Time (US & Canada), Bogota, Lima, Quito. Tick, "Is Daylight savings time in effect?" Apply changes. That is for the support forums.

For stats->

Create a new file called webalizer.conf and place this inside:

LoadPlugin="timezone +2"

Then place this file in the root directory of your site.

The times should be in EST now for your awstats.

More background info on awstats:

http://awstats.sourceforge.net/

awstats->timezone specific plugin:

# Plugin: TimeZone
# Perl modules required: Time::Local
# Allow AWStats to correct a bad timezone for user of some IIS that use
# GMT date in its log instead of local server time.
# This module is useless for Apache and most IIS version.
# This plugin reduces AWStats speed of 40% !!!!!!!
#
#LoadPlugin="timezone +2"

------>

EDIT: You can unpound the #LoadPlugin="timezone +2" to enable it.
Hope that helps.
