I'm interested in switching to Big Blue Host, but I do have a few questions (Sorry if this is not where this should be addressed; I wasn't sure whether to ask here, another forum, or using the contact form).

A: Do you have a link to a phpinfo() script?
B: Do you have GD installed (with PHP), and what version is it?
C: Is ImageMagick (the binaries, not nessecarily the PHP extension) installed?
D: Is there a limit on cron jobs (I need lots, hehe, the most frequently run of them being every other hour)?
E: There is unlimited domains (as it says on the frontpage), right, so I can host more than one website on the same account?

I don't think it's installed as I can't see it in any of the script options on cPanel, but you can request for it to be installed.

If you buy a plan with unlimitd domains, you get that, unlimited domains!

B: Yep, phpinfo says GD is installed, and it's a good version for me.
C: It probably wouldn't be in cPanel, it's more than likely just a bunch of programs in /usr/bin named things like convert. I think you could probably do some tests to figure it out, but I think it would be easier to let an admin tell me if it's installed
D: Okay I bet there's not, but I'd like to make sure!
E: It might sound dumb, but I was a little confused on the features of each package. On the frontpage (bigbluehost.com), it says "Shared Web Hosting ... (skip a few lines) ... Host unlimited domains ... (skip a few lines) ... $3.95/month", but when you click into the more detailed view of packages, the only plan with unlimited addon domains is the high-priced one... Does this mean that the "unlimited domains" are not addon domains, or that the frontpage is inaccurate?

Okay, that confuses me too

It looks like they mean just sub-domains, but, even the cheap one isn't unlimited. Hmm.

My brain hurts now!

ImageMagick is not installed by default but if it doesnt effect other users you can install it.

Not all packages have unlimited domains only some packages but yes we do offer it.
