Hey Big Blue Host. I messed up royally. Instead of doing my email forwarding through Big Blue, I went to the site where I purchased my domain name to set up the email forwarding. I didn't think it would effect anything other than forward emails to the specified addresses. Well, the domain registrar decided to take the liberty to direct my site to their site and now my website leads to the registrar's site (basically, my site is down). Very bad move on my part! Can you please help me? I'm not sure what happened, but somehow these forwarding changes that I made caused this. What do I do and why did this happen?

My website address is www.driven-nyc.com

Thanks,

Driven Entertainment L.L.C.

Log in to your registrar, and make sure your DNS addresses for the name driven-nyc.com is:

ns1.bigbluehost.com
ns2.bigbluehost.com

My guess is that the DNS servers for your name were reset to using your registrar's default addresses.

You will have to wait a few hours and or up to 2 days for the change to go through.

To Forward Mail, log in to CPANEL:

Mail Management->Forwarders
