Do you guys keep credit card numbers on file? I'm sure you have an auto-pay method in which my credit card will be billed monthly, but is that all you will do? What I would like to do is pay for a year of hosting up front, and not be automatically billed a year from now when my hosting is up. Is this possible?

We currently do not keep any credit cards on file. We currently only offer subscription payments by month and by year. Our system looks for an active subscription. If you would like to cancel in one year or month just submit a ticket to bigbluesupport.com and allow a few business days and we will cancel your account.

So when my year is up, do you automatically bill my credit card for the next year? Or will you shut my site down until I pay again?

So if someone renewed their account a couple months ago but the business closes and needs to cancel the account will they be refunded, minus the months of service or are they out the next 10 months?

I am extremly sorry for the delay in responding you. No when you are making the payment using your Credit Card we don't automatically bill. You need to make the payment manually when you get the invoice from our billing dept.

I am extremly sorry for the delay in responding you. Yes, that's right. You will be refunded back, minus the months of service. For getting the refund please submit a ticket to our billing dept.
